Terms of Use

Last Updated: September 2026

Welcome to Project Signal Advisory. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Project Signal Advisory website, including our website content, Project Signal Quick Assessment™, Insights, forms, resources, and other features made available through the website.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

1. About Project Signal Advisory

Project Signal Advisory provides project delivery advisory, project assessment, project recovery, delivery improvement, and related consulting services for businesses and organizations.

Information provided through this website is intended to help visitors understand our services, methodologies, perspectives, and potential project delivery signals.

Use of this website does not create a consultant-client, fiduciary, partnership, employment, or other professional relationship between you and Project Signal Advisory. A consulting relationship is established only through a separate written agreement accepted by Project Signal Advisory and the client.

2. Website Information Is Not Professional Advice

Content provided through this website, including articles, Insights, assessment results, examples, frameworks, recommendations, illustrations, and other materials, is provided for general informational and educational purposes.

Website content should not be considered a substitute for professional advice based on a complete review of your specific project, organization, circumstances, documentation, data, stakeholders, and delivery environment.

Project circumstances vary, and information that may be appropriate for one project or organization may not be appropriate for another. You remain responsible for evaluating and making decisions concerning your projects, business, technology, personnel, budgets, schedules, contracts, and operations.

3. Project Signal Quick Assessment™

The Project Signal Quick Assessment™ is a preliminary diagnostic tool intended to help identify potential project delivery signals across areas such as Scope, Schedule, Resources, Process, Dependencies, Technology, Communication, and Governance.

The Quick Assessment is based primarily on information and responses provided by the person completing it. Assessment scores, Signal Area scores, classifications, observations, and other results are intended to provide directional insight. They do not constitute a definitive diagnosis of project health or root causes.

A potential signal identified through the Quick Assessment becomes a validated finding only after appropriate supporting evidence, project information, delivery data, documentation, and/or stakeholder input have been reviewed.

Accordingly, Quick Assessment results should not be relied upon as the sole basis for significant business, financial, contractual, staffing, technical, or project decisions.

4. Project Signal Assessment™ and Consulting Services

References on this website to the Project Signal Assessment™, Project Recovery, Fractional PMO, or other advisory services describe generally available service offerings.

Descriptions, estimated timelines, starting prices, deliverables, methodologies, or examples presented on the website are informational and do not constitute a binding proposal, quote, guarantee, or commitment to provide services.

For example, language such as "Starting at $3,500" describes an initial pricing level and does not guarantee that a particular engagement will be available for that price.

Actual scope, fees, timeline, deliverables, responsibilities, assumptions, and other engagement terms will be established separately based on the circumstances of the project.

Where a signed consulting agreement, statement of work, proposal, or other written agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the applicable signed agreement will govern the consulting engagement.

5. No Guarantee of Project Outcomes

Project Signal Advisory does not guarantee that use of the website, Quick Assessment, methodologies, recommendations, or consulting services will result in a particular project outcome.

Project delivery depends on numerous factors, including decisions and actions taken by the client and third parties, project complexity, staffing, technology, dependencies, market conditions, vendors, organizational circumstances, and events outside Project Signal Advisory's control.

Any forecasts, scenarios, delivery-date assessments, confidence indicators, recovery paths, or similar information should be understood as planning and decision-support information based on available evidence and assumptions at the time they are prepared. Actual results may differ.

6. Information You Submit

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of information you submit through this website.

By submitting information through an assessment, contact form, or other website feature, you represent that you have the right and authority to provide that information for the intended purpose.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, protected health information, export-controlled information, classified information, or other highly sensitive information through general website forms or assessments.

Information submitted through the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Confidential and Proprietary Information

We recognize that visitors may provide information concerning business projects, delivery challenges, schedules, risks, dependencies, and other potentially sensitive business matters.

We will handle information submitted to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements. However, submission of information through a public website form does not by itself create a formal nondisclosure agreement, attorney-client privilege, or other legally privileged relationship.

If a potential engagement requires specific confidentiality obligations beyond our ordinary privacy practices, those obligations should be documented in an appropriate written agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content are owned by or licensed to Project Signal Advisory and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes, as applicable, website copy, graphics, branding, logos, methodologies, assessment structures, scoring frameworks, diagrams, reports, templates, Insights, written materials, visualizations, and other original content.

You may not attempt to interfere with website operation or security; gain unauthorized access to systems or information; introduce malicious software or harmful code; use automated systems to excessively scrape or extract website content; impersonate another person or organization; submit knowingly false or misleading information; or use the website in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

We may restrict or terminate access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect our systems, business, users, or rights.

10. Insights and Educational Content

Project Signal Insights and other educational materials reflect professional perspectives, frameworks, and observations concerning project delivery, project recovery, technology initiatives, governance, forecasting, capacity, dependencies, and related subjects.

These materials are intended to encourage better analysis and decision-making. They do not establish that every project experiencing a described condition has the same cause or requires the same response.

References to hypothetical projects, scenarios, metrics, dashboards, or examples are illustrative unless specifically identified otherwise.

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

The website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, scheduling services, social networks, or other external resources.

12. Website Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or change any portion of the website, assessments, content, resources, or features at any time.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

We may also update our methodologies, assessments, scoring approaches, service descriptions, and other materials as Project Signal Advisory evolves.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and publicly available website content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Project Signal Advisory makes no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of website content for any particular project or purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Project Signal Advisory will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, this website or publicly available website content.

Project Signal Advisory will not be responsible for business or project decisions made solely in reliance on a Quick Assessment result, website article, illustrative example, or other general website content.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Any liability relating to a paid consulting engagement will be governed by the applicable written agreement for that engagement.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Project Signal Advisory and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

16. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information through the website is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal or project information through the website.

18. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any additional dispute-resolution, venue, arbitration, or governing-law provisions applicable to a paid consulting engagement will be established in the applicable client agreement.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
